The Dental Services Department yesterday morning began a 3-day programme in conjunction with World Oral Health Day 2018, which is celebrated on every 20th of March. The programme was held at the National Dental Centre in Berakas.

Doctor Haji Majidi bin Haji Bakar, Dental Officer in an interview with RTB explained that among the objective of the activity is to raise awareness and enhance knowledge on the importance of oral healthcare for children, special needs people as well as to the public.

Various activities were held during the programme including dental theatre, interactive games, tooth brushing training and dentist role play. This year's global celebration carries the theme 'Say Ahh: Think Mouth, Think Health.'
