The livestock slaughtering process that is permissible according to syarak has been shared during the one-day with Youth Programme organised by the Tutong District Mosque Affairs Department with the cooperation of the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque Tutong Town Mosque Takmir Committee members.

The programme debuted for the District's Mosque Youth Group.

The programme ended with the presentation of certificates by the Acting Tutong District Officer, Awang Haji Haizul Rizal bin Haji Yahya.

Over 60 youth from the Tutong District Mosque Youth Group took part in the programme held in conjunction with the Golden Jubilee of the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque.

During the programme, the participants were exposed to the practical process of slaughtering carried out by the Halal Food Control Section of the Syariah Affairs Department.

Apart from that, they also attended a briefing on the Etiquette before, during and after visiting the Mosque as well as on improving the reading of old religious books through the reading of Thurah religious books.

The participating mosque youth welcomed the programme and shared the benefits gained throughout the course, especially the workshop and briefing on the slaughtering of livestock.
