Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam has left his followers two important things as their guidance in life, namely the Holy Book of Al-Quran and His Sunnah. This was among the matters shared in a Special Talk entitled 'Rasulullah Qudwah Sepanjang Zaman' in conjunction with Maulidur Rasul Celebration organised by the Ministry of Finance and departments under it.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ibrahim, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance. The special talk was delivered by Awang Haji Ali Yusri bin Haji Abdul Ghafor, Acting Head of Special Education Unit at the Ministry of Education. Also present were Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Hisham bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister of Finance (Fiscal); Dayang Norliah binti Haji Kula, Permanent Secretary (Performance) and Doctor Dayang Hajah May Faezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Performance and Compliance) at the Ministry of Finance.
