By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it is hereby announced that His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to appoint Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Second Minister of Finance and Economy as Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy.

 The date of appointment of the said Minister is effective from Thursday, 17th of Muharram 1440 corresponding to 27th of September 2018.
