The support given by the private sector in helping to make sports championships in the country a success certainly cannot be denied. A ceremony to present sponsorship contributions for the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy ASEAN Youth Football Championship 2018 was held yesterday afternoon.

 The sponsorship contributions amounting to 122 thousand 6 hundred dollars from 77 sponsors was presented by Pengiran Haji Manshor bin Pengiran Haji Jaya, Co-Chairman of the Sponsorship and Advertising Committee of the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy ASEAN Youth Football Championship 2018 to Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present was Awang Haji Amer Hamzah bin Pehin Orang Kaya Amar Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Zakaria, the Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy ASEAN Youth Football Championship 2018 will kick off on the 23rd of April and participated by 7 nations.
