The Hassanal Bolkiah Boys Arabic Secondary School yesterday morning held its 5th Open Day. The Open day among others aims to introduce the school to prospective students as well as their parents and guardians as the only Arabic Sixth Form Centre or Arabic Pre-University in the country.

The school's Open Day was officiated by Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The open day also aims to instil an interest for students to continue their studies in Arabic Schools at a higher level. The Open Day was also participated by the Human Resource Development and Scholarship Division of the Islamic Studies Department; Counselling and Career Division of the Schools Department; Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, UNISSA; Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB; Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD; Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB; and the Academic Division of the Hassanal Bolkiah Boys Arabic Secondary School.
