345 trainees of Program Khidmat Bakti Negara, PKBN's sixth intake was lauded for completion of Al-Quran. The Kahatam Al-Quran ceremony was held yesterdat at the Lecture Hall, PKBN Training Camp in Batu Apoi.

Present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports and wife. Also present were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Emran bin Haji Sabtu, Legislative Council Member as the Penghulu of Mukim Bokok; Dato Paduka Doctor Awang Haji Affendy bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports AND Awang Mohammad Amir Hairil bin Haji Mahmud, Temburong District Officer. The function began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Berhormat Pehin.

Certificates were presented by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Meanwhile certificates to the female trainees were presented by the wife of the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. It is a platform for PKBN trainees to consolidate their spiritual strength through religious activities.
