A company was fined for committing an offence under the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021, namely spilling oil on the ground and causing it to flow into a river in the Gadong area.

S Dynamics Engineering And Construction Sdn Bhd was fined $2,000 and given 7 days to settle the fine. If in default, the company can be charged at court.
