​The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Brunei Darussalam, hosted the '2024 Quiz on Korea in Brunei. The programme was held on 22nd May morning, at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD.

Among those present were His Excellency Kim Soung-eun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Brunei Darussalam; and Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, UBD Vice Chancellor. The Quiz on Korea is a global quiz programme co-organized by KBS, Korea's public broadcasting station, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. The programme aimed to enhance the understanding of Korean culture worldwide as part of public diplomacy efforts. Brunei Darussalam is one of 23 countries selected to participate, highlighting the strong ties between the two nations.
