​The Brunei Investment Agency, BIA has been made aware of investment scams on fraudulent Telegram Groups and Facebook accounts which uses the name and logo of the Agency and its employees.

The agency would like to clarify that it is not involved in the investment schemes which has been perpetrated by individuals unknown and unrelated to BIA. BIA is not affiliated with any of these Telegram and Facebook accounts. BIA is a statutory corporation whose objective is to manage the General Reserve Fund of Brunei Darussalam. BIA does not issue any investment products or any investment schemes for the public and does not solicit for funds or investments from members of the public.
