Internalising the teaching of Al-Qur'an and practicing it play an important role in shaping the future Universiti Brunei Darussalam graduates. With the encouragement, UBD hopes to empower the graduates to live a purposeful life guided by the values Malay Islamic Monarchy. UBD held the Quranic Journey on 17th May morning, at Masjid Universiti, UBD.

Present was Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, UBD Vice Chancellor. Also held was the donation presentation to 10 recipients comprising the academic and administrative staff as well as international staff who will performing this year's haj.
