An individual was issued a compound fine for an offence under Section 12 of the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021.

Sufian bin Mohat was issued a 500 dollar compound fine by the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation, JASTRe for dumping rubbish at the Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Bridge.

The individual is required to settle the compound fine within seven days.
