​A donation amounting $78,203, collected from officers and staff of the Ministry of Defence, for the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023. The donation handover was held on 14th May morning, at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

It was handed over by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence to Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. 

The donation period for the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023 is extended until the 18th of July, and can be made either in cash or online via Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, BIBD account or QuickPay.
