​Radio Brunei Service continues to move forward as it enters its 67th year; exploring digital platforms as a medium that can cross borders and be heard by all ages. Started broadcasting on the 2nd of May 1957, Radio Televisyen Brunei, RTB now has 5 radio stations that play a role as the government's official communication media.

Through the latest technological advancement, Radio Service continues to play the role as a vital media in providing information to the society. Although information can now be found at the tips of the fingers, radio remains the best medium to disseminate the latest and beneficial information.

As technology grows rapidly, radio broadcasting and technology has also made progress together with other media. Digitalisation and modernisation of radio broadcasting and operations enables it to remain relevant for disseminating information with good narratives.
