​21 books contributed by the High Commission of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the country covering various topics were handed over to the Language and Literature Bureau. The ceremony was held on 4th Mach afternoon, at Language and Literature Bureau Muara Library.

 

Handing over the books and the launching of reading corner were officiated by Her Excellency Nahida Rahman Shumona, High Commissioner of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the country and Doctor Siti Norkhalbi binti Haji Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. With the contribution, it is hoped to enrich the reading resources at the Bureau's Library and enable the public to get to know the People's Republic of Bangladesh as well as strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The ceremony was filled with a Storytelling Session delivered by Her Excellency Nahida Rahman Shumona.
