BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

An Indonesian man was charged under Section 146(1)(D) of the Excise Order 2006.

21-year-old YUKI BIN ERDI, was found guilty of possessing 6 packets and 14 sticks of cigarettes of various brands without a valid permit. The accused pleaded guilty and was fined $5,000 or 5 months imprisonment in default. All contraband were confiscated to be destroyed.
