An Indonesian man was sentenced to a 8 thousand 400 dollar fine or 8 months imprisonment in default for an offence under Section 146 ONE 'D' of the Excise Order 2006.

36-year old, Sugianto was found guilty of possessing 12 cartons of cigarettes of various brands during an operation conducted by the Law Enforcement Division, Royal Customs and Excise Department at a rented house in Kampong Delima Satu. All contraband were confiscated to be destroyed.
