Laksamana College of Business (LCB) recently welcomed its March intake at an orientation event held at the Berakas Forest Reserve.

Awang Haji Suhaimei bin Haji Besar, the Director of LCB, and the Chief Operating Officer, Sivarajah Subramaniam was present to welcome the freshmen.

The one-day event with the theme 'Marvel vs DC' started off with an ice breaking session.

The students were asked to complete a series of quests that saw them going on a journey to a 'forbidden forest'. The journey required students to team up and work out the problems they faced, and a team would face penalties if it failed to undergo every activity.

The quest aimed to provide the students with skills to adapt to situations that require critical thinking.

LCB staff also participated in the quest as the 'Lecturemins' team which was made up of lecturers and admin staff.

Three teams made to the finale - the Catwoman, Spiderman and Lecturemins.

Team Spiderman won first place, Catwoman came in second and Lecturemins came in third.
