Malaysian Plead Guilty on Theft, Illegal Entry

A Malaysian man who had pleaded guilty to auto theft and illegal entry was jailed for 19 months and three whippings by the Magistrate's Court.

 


Jimmy Lakai, 36, stole two cars within an hour on September 23, 2016.

 


He also entered the country illegally using a 'mouse trail' from Limbang and into Kampong Bebuloh.

 


DPP Azmeena binti Mohiddin prosecuted the case.
