Standard Chartered Bank's (SCB) priority banking clients can enjoy added prestigious benefits with the launch of the new Visa Infinite Credit Card that features new and improved advantages.

Details of the latest offerings from SCB Brunei were announced by Anant Singh, Head of Retail Products and Segments with Cecilia Phan, Brand and Marketing Manager in a press conference held yesterday.

SCB's Visa Infinite Credit Card is the bank's highest tiered credit card and is offered exclusively to the bank's priority banking clientele on a complimentary basis.

Since the introduction of the Visa Infinite Credit Card in 2010, SCB is the only bank that offers a total relationship rewards programme where Priority Banking Clients are rewarded based on their total banking relationship such as current and saving accounts (CASA), fixed deposits, investments and home loans in addition to credit card spending.

According to Cecilia Phan, the new refreshed benefits for SCB's Visa Infinite Credit Card include Unlimited Airport Lounge Access with Dragon Pass where cardholders will be able to enjoy unlimited access in over 800
airport lounges globally with automatic membership to Dragon Pass.

 All primary Visa Infinite credit card members will be provided with a unique member ID which can be used to access the Dragon Pass app in order to utilise their access.

This digital method provides a convenient and hassle free form of access. Cecilia Phan explained that benefits include Complimentary Travel Accident Insurance up to B$500,000 for primary card members and extensive coverage for spouse and children as well as insurance coverage for medical expenses during travel, luggage loss/delay, missed flight and buyer's protection.

SCB's Visa Infinite Credit Card holders will also be rewarded based on their total banking relationship such as current and savings accounts (CASA), fixed deposits, investments and home loan balances in addition to credit card spending.

She also revealed that SCB's Visa Infinite Credit Card holders will also get extensive discounts and benefits on dining, shopping, accommodations and entertainments at 3,000 participating outlets in all Asean member countries as well as other countries in Asia.

SCB's Visa Infinite Credit Card is offered exclusively to Priority Banking clients who must have B$150,000 in assets under management or have a monthly salary of B$10,000 or a home loan of B$400,000 or above to qualify for Priority Banking Membership.

New signups for Standard Chartered Bank's Visa Infinite Credit Card will get a welcome gift of B$150 worth of shopping vouchers which are redeemable at participating partner outlets like AV Electronics, Integrated Communications, Supa Save, Century Travel, Royal Brunei Golf and Country Club, Chang EM Hong and The Empire Hotel & Country Club.
