Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office has and is currently implementing the Civil Service Leadership Pipeline, CSLP as one of the sub-initiatives under the Civil Service Work Frame which upholds the Wawasan Brunei 2035 aspiration aside from ensuring that succession planning in the civil service is carried out.

The CSLP aims to identify, build up competency and retain officers with the capabilities, quality and abilities to enhance an organisation's performance to become future leaders. The programme is an ongoing effort to provide and prepare government officers to hold much higher positions in order to make a success of the succession programme in the Civil Service.
