It is also vital to prepare the country in facing international level sports, and the obligation to care for the welfare of every staff at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and its departments. The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports said that to coordinate, continue and further enhance the ministry's achievements, The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Strategic Plan 2020-2024 has the role to unite the ministry staff's vision, mind and direction and act as a guidebook. Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin underlined the matter at the launching of the The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Strategic Plan 2020-2024 Book and the National Framework Book for the Protection of Children.

Yang Berhormat said that as a whole, the strategic plan is taking into account the changes of environment at the public sector, social economy, social culture and stakeholder's need towards achieving the Excellent Nation vision that is inline with the aspiration of Wawasan Brunei 2035. According to the minster, this unites the ministry's 4K work field namely Community, Youth, Sports and Culture, and will give a detailed direction in the journey to realise the visions across 4 areas and the well-being of of the ministry's staff.

Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal Bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Permanent Secretary for Administration, Finance and Estate at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in his speech said the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Strategic Plan 2020-2024 Book contains the 5 visionary achievements for 4 sectors, and also the administrative governance with its mission Building a Cultured, Resilient, Competitive, Responsible and Caring Society. He explained that another book that was launched, the National Framework Book for the Protection of Children will become a guide and reference to further strengthen the existing child protection ecosystem in the country for the next 4 years.

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Strategic Plan 2020-2024 Book manifest the ministry's 4-year planning in achieving its vision. Meanwhile, the National Framework Book for the Protection of Children will focus on children and the youth of 18 years old and below.

The function coincided with the handover of the Micro Entrepreneurship Grant to companies run by the youth. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.
