​​​The 'Sentuhan Kasih Ramadhan' is an annual event organised by the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF during the holy month of Ramadhan in remembrance of the services of the departed RBAF personnel. The event also aims to bring joy and ease the burden of the orphans in preparation for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration. It took place on 29th March morning, Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base.

122 orphans from 66 families of the departed RBAF personnel received their donations. On hand to the present the donations were Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBAF and spouse, Datin Ummisyafinah binti Haji Zaini, President of R-B-A-F Wives Welfare Association, BAKTI. The donations were raised from proceeds by the RBAF Welfare Fund, BAKTI, RBAF personnel and Suraus.
