President of the National Assembly, Mrs Pany Yathortou received a courtesy call from President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Thailand Mr Piya Patangta on the occasion of his working visit to the Lao PDR on Aug 15-16.

At the amicable talks at the National Assembly in Vientiane on Aug 16, Mrs Pany gave a warm welcome to her guest, and highly valued the working visit of Mr Piya and his delegation as a significant contribution to strengthening the friendly relations and cooperation between Laos and Thailand, especially between the Lao People's Supreme Court and the Thai Supreme Administrative Court.

In reply Mr Piya expressed gratitude to Mrs Pany for the warm welcome extended to him and his delegation and informed the host about the objectives of his working visit to Laos.
