A local firm has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a renowned Italian company with the purpose of opening up additional avenues for Bruneians having Geoscience qualification to pursue career options.

Syarikat Dimension Strata Sendirian Berhad sealed the agreement with Serintel from Italy. Serintel is an established oil and gas industry training organisation, providing managerial, professional and technical training services covering a wide range of operational disciplines from the upstream-to midstream-and also downstream plant operations. Signing on behalf of Syarikat Dimension Strata was its Managing-Director, Awang Mohammad Reduan bin Haji Mohd Yusof. While the Italian company was represented by its Managing-Director, Vito di Marco. The deal was witnessed by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Matsatejo bin Sokiaw, the Deputy Minister of Energy (of energy and manpower) and Industry.
