​The Singapore Food Festival 2023 serving a variety of contemporary cuisines including Gado Gado Minang, Singapore Tulang Merah in Kawah and Pengat Durian Sticky Rice is back. The festival is organised by Anjung Saujana Restaurant under Royal Brunei Culinary with the support of Singapore High Commission and Singapore Tourism Board. The launching ceremony took place on 2nd February night, at the restaurant in Brunei International Airport, Berakas.

It was jointly launched by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew Bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy and His Excellency Heng Aik Yeow, High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to the country. Also present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin Bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Economy. The Festival is open to the public until 28th February.
