His Majesty in the titah is pleased with the measure to enhance the credibility and learning capacity of the Officer Cadet School through involvement in training abroad to the Republic of Singapore such as the 'Joint Urban Operations' with the 'Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute, Military Institute', SAFTIMI which for the first time, involved all services of the Army, Navy and Air Force Officer Cadets.

The scope of the Officer Cadet School, His Majesty says, was also further broadened with its involvement in the 'International Army Cadet Week' with the People's Republic of China and the SAFTIMI, International Cadet Conference in the Republic of Singapore.
