The construction project of a restaurant using the Public Private Partnership, PPP method at Bukit Patoi Recreational Park, Temburong District, is one of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism's initiatives through the Forestry Department and Tourism Development Department to further diversify tourism products in the district. Yesterday morning a Foundation Laying Ceremony was held for the project.

The ceremony was officiated by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The Andak architectural company was appointed to design the restaurant building estimated at $45 million on a 48 acre area in the park. The company is collaborating with Syarikat Bundayana Contractor Sendirian Berhad as the developer.
