The public is urged to always be vigilant and give cooperation in together eradicating crime. The reminder was made by the Royal Brunei Police Force, RBPF following a joint operation targeting contraband sale in Tutong District.

The 'Operasi Sepadu' involving law enforcement from the Tutong Police District, RBPF and the Royal Customs and Excise Department took place at a government barrack in said district, where 4 cartons and 35 packs of cigarettes of various brands, 1 vape unit, mobile phone and cash believed to be proceeds from the contraband sale were seized. A 47-year-old local suspect was instructed to report themselves for further investigation.
