LUMUT, BELAIT

The Lumut Campus of Politeknik Brunei (PB) recently organised a cleaning campaign, involving lecturers and students from the School of Science and Engineering (SSE).

The campaign was aimed at encouraging the students to work together as a team, as well as to create a sense of responsibility in securing a well-kept and clean environment.

Meanwhile, about 141 SSE staff members and students rolled up their sleeves for a good cause.

A blood donation campaign that was also held on the campus.

Officials from the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital's Blood Donation Centre gave a briefing to those involved, to raise awareness of the impact that donors can make, as well the additional benefits of donating blood.

The campaign is an ongoing event and part of PB's initiative to help replenish the blood supplies at RIPAS Hospital.
