The Embassy of the United States of America, this afternoon launched the 'American Shelf' at University Teknologi Brunei, UTB. The shelf places 200 books of various topics contributed by the embassy.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of United States of America to Brunei Darussalam His Excellency Matthew Matthews in his speech said the contribution of books are meant to provide information about the US. Awang Haji Ady Syarmin bin Haji Md Taib, Acting Vice Chancellor of UTB in his address said the books are an addition to UTB's library collection and are significant for staff and students. The books comprising various topics such as technology, business and career was presented by His Excellency to Awang Haji Ady Syarmin.
