Crime Prevention Patrol Held

BRUNEI-MUARA

 

A crime prevention patrol was carried out by the Muara Police Station together with the RPN Kampong Panchor Mengkubau Neighbourhood Watch at Jalan Bukit Sinadur, Jalan Tanjong Selasih, Jalan Bukit Pandayan, Jalan Bukit Pintagor and Jalan Sungai Cerana in RPN Kampong Panchor Mengkubau, Mukim Mentiri last Saturday night.

 

The patrol involved 12 members of the Neighbourhood Watch and 21 police personnel led by Assistant Superintendent of Police Norkhatijah binti Haji Zainal, Acting Officer-in-Charge of the Muara Police Station.

 

The patrol ended at 2.10am without any reports of crime.

 

Meanwhile, the Limau Manis Police Station along with the Kampong Batong, Mukim Pengkalan Batu Neighbourhood Watch also carried out a crime prevention patrol activity in their respective areas last Saturday night.

 

The Village Head of Kampong Batong, Awang Haji Saban bin Lamat joined the patrol, which was led by the Officer-in-Charge of the Limau Manis Police Station, Inspector Abdul Sahrimin bin Abdul Rahman, along with 11 police personnel.

 

The patrol, which covered areas under Mukim Pengkalan Batu, was successful as no criminal activities were recorded that evening.
