Brunei's regatta team clinched the second spot at the recent International Dragon Boat Race in Alor Star, Kedah.

Twenty-six paddlers took part in the race held to mark the 88th birthday celebration of the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu' adazam Shah.

It was participated by contingents from Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Vietnam and India.

A team from Vietnam took the first spot.
