Politeknik Brunei and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) have agreed to carry out efforts of mutual benefit through student involvement programmes and research based activities. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, MOU for the efforts took place at Politeknik Brunei, Jalan Ong Sum Ping.

 

Signing on behalf of Politeknik Brunei, was Dennis Ho Mun Tai, Director of Politeknik Brunei, while UiTM was represented by Doctor Sallehan bin Ismail and Neta Suredah Baharum, Lecturers at the Design Department, UiTM. The signing was witnessed by Awang Alias bin Haji Abu Bakar, Assistant Director of Politeknik Brunei. The signing of the MOU marks the start of the first official cooperation between Politeknik Brunei and UiTM. It shows Politeknik Brunei's commitment in enhancing teaching and learning relevance as well as efficacy provided to the students. The cooperation also involves staff and student exchange programmes, workshops, training and courses as well as holding joint seminars and conferences.
