All Brunei Darussalam intending pilgrims selected to perform the Haj this year, are required to reserve their haj bracelets as an identification while in the holy land. According to the Haj Management Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs, the haj bracelets is in reference to the regulations of the Haj and Umrah Ministry, Saudi Arabia, which requires all intending haj pilgrims who will perform the haj to wear the identification bracelets.

Intending pilgrims can make their haj bracelets according to their turn by bringing along their passports, Health Record and Health Guide Booklets at Syarikat White Emblem Gifts and Trading, Unit 7, First Floor, Bangunan Pengiran Hajah Raffiah, Jalan Gadong.

Business hours on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays are from 8.30 in the morning until 4.30 in the afternoon; and on Fridays from 8.30 to 11.30 in the morning and from 2 to 4.30 in the afternoon. Meanwhile, business hours during Ramadan is on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays from 8.30 in the morning until 3.30 in the afternoon and on Fridays from 8.30 to 11.30 in the morning and Saturdays from 8.30 in the morning until 12 in the afternoon.
