To further promote attractive destinations that can be found in the country, the Tourism Development Department with the cooperation of the Department of Civil Aviation and Politeknik Brunei, organised a Photography Exhibition. The 2-week exhibition is held at the Departure Hall of the Brunei International Airport, and highlight pictures that showcases attractive locations and interesting activities held in the country.

Awang Wardi bin Haji Mohammad Ali, the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism officiated the exhibition. The display include pictures that have won the photography competition organised by Politeknik Brunei in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival 2017. Nearly all of the pictures were produced by local photographer, Awang Joseph Wong Siew Hang from Rose Photo Studio.

The tourist information counter is also operating at the Brunei International Airport Arrival Hall, from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening. The Association of Travel Agents Brunei with the support of the Tourism Development Department, the Department of Civil Aviation and Mix Mediaworx, play a role in establishing the tourist information counter in providing information pertaining to the country, as well as other services.
