On the economic blueprint and cluster development plan to measure the achievement pertaining to the third objective of Wawasan Brunei 2035, voiced by Yang Berhormat Dayang Siti Rozaimeriyanty binti Dato Seri Laila Jasa Awang Haji Abdul Rahman, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Paduka Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Second Minister of Finance shared the national economic development plans based on the Wawasan Brunei 2035 framework.

Yang Berhormat said that to achieve the three objectives underscored in Wawasan Brunei 2035, a number of economic development actions have been identified including the preparation of the cluster development plan under the third Wawasan Brunei objective which is a dynamic and sustainable economy. In this matter, several economic clusters have been identified and drafted under the strategic economy which is micro-economy. The draft includes the preparation of strategic and action plans as well as 4 key performance indicators to measure the efficacy of the initiatives' implementation under every cluster field which are contribution to the Gross Domestic Product, GDP, increase of government revenue, impact towards generation of employment and contribution to the country's exports. Among the economic clusters are energy, agrifood, logistics and transportation, halal tourism and digital economy.
