The Anti-Vice and Gambling Suppression Unit of the Crime Investigation Department, Royal Brunei Police Force has detained a Vietnamese woman because she was believed to be involved in an immoral activity. The arrest was made by the Anti-Vice and Gambling Suppression Unit in a room at Unit 16, Level 1, Block I, Abdul Razak Complex Building. The case was investigated under the Chapter 22 of the Section 294-A of the Criminal Penal Code.

24-year-old, Ly Thi Linh is in the country for seven days using the visitor pass. The suspect was brought to the Crime Investigation Unit and several evidences were also confiscated for further investigation. The Royal Brunei Police Force reminds the public that any involvement in activities that affect the community's moral is a serious offence
