Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab-Rahaman, yesterday morning watched the 5th Brunei 100 metre Sprint Championship. The championship took place at the National Swimming Pool, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.

Also in attendance were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince's son and daughter, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Muntaqim and Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, who are also participating in the championship representing International School Brunei, ISB. Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Muntaqim took part in three categories - the 100 metres free style, 100 metres backstroke and 100 metres breast stroke. More than 300 swimmers from 7 swimming clubs nationwide took part in the championship organised by the Brunei Amateur Swimming Association with the support of the Youth and Sports Department.

Meanwhile, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah took part in 2 categories, the 100 metres free style and 100 metres breast stroke. In the 100 metres free style event, Yang Teramat Mulia recorded 2 minutes 11 point 1-4 seconds.
