The delegation who participated in the 13th ASEAN Senior Officers Meeting Responsible for Culture and Arts and Related Meetings with Dialogue Partners were celebrated in a Luncheon. The ceremony was organised by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Md Yussof, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present were the Ambassadors and representatives from the ASEAN countries and dialogue partners; Datin Paduka Doctor Hajah Norlila binti Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports as the Chairperson of SOMCA; delegations comprising the ASEAN Secretariat and Senior Officers who are responsible for Culture and Arts from the members of ASEAN countries and Dialogue partners as well as Senior Officers of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
