TANAH JAMBU

In efforts to develop human capital which meets the characteristics that are needed for the country's development, the Youth Development Centre needs to enhance the programmes that are lined up and planned to ensure they are in line with the needs of the industry and economy which can contribute to the realisation of Wawasan Negara 2035.

This was stated by Yang Berhormat Dayang Khairunisa Binti Ash'ari, member of the Legislative Council at the Youth Development Programme Certificate Presentation for January and July 2016 Session, and the Youth Development Centre Entrepreneurship Day. In her speech, Yang Berhormat stressed that the success of the centre in producing skilled human capital can be measured by the ability of its graduates to secure employment or be self-employed, based on the skills they have gained while studying at the centre.

At the ceremony, 147 trainees from the January session and 98 trainees from the July session 2016 received their certificates. The ceremony ran concurrently with a prize presentation to the best trainees in all categories for both sessions.
