Wildlife Aid Campaign

Various efforts were carried out to protect endangered wildlife species. Among the effort was a wildlife aid campaign launched by D' Sunlit and World Wide Fund for Nature, WWF.

The campaign was launched by Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf Bin Haji Metussin, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. Its main aim was to increase social awareness on endangered species and raising funds for projects on wildlife preservation by WWF

The campaign, which was participated by youths and students from several schools, included an appearance of several fabricated animal statues strategically placed around the country. The campaign carried the theme of "Be a Wildlife Hero with the Missing Endangered Campaign".
