Two Indonesian nationals have been found guilty under the Immigration Act.

 

39-year old, Sunarti Was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment for overstaying in the country after her immigration pass had expired for One Thousand 879 days. Meanwhile, 47-year old, Sulin Dianto was sentenced to 5 months imprisonment and 3 strokes of the cane for overstaying in the country for One Thousand 403 days.
