The Royal Brunei Catering, RBC in association with the Royal Thai Embassy has organised the 9th Thai Food festival at the Anjung Saujana Restaurant in Brunei International Airport. The festival was launched last night.

The launching ceremony was led by His Excellency Biravij Suwanpradhes, The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam. Several of foods and dishes concepts from different states of Thailand are introduced including the public's favourite dishes such as salad and Som-tam.

The festival, which is held until the 30th of next month, offered a food buffet for every Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting from 7 until 10 in the evening. Throughout the festival, a cooking performance of a Thai delicacy is also held through an RBC cooking class which will begin on the 15th of September for 20 first customers who have made the registration.
