Several services have been provided by Syarikat Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad for the country's intending haj pilgrims in the Holy city of Makkah. The company has opened up a secretariat room at all hotel accommodations. Intending haj pilgrims are staying at 3 different hotels according to the packages they are on, namely the Dar Alguffran for the Delima package, Le Meridien hotel, Makkah for the Safira package and Dallah Ajyad hotel for the Zamrud package.

Awang Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohamed, Manager of Syarikat Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad explained that services provided include general services such as korban and akikah, badal haji and also door to door cargo delivery services. He added that there are two work shifts for the haj staff, which is from 9 to 11 in the morning and from 1.30 to 6 in the afternoon.
