​Among the services provided by Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad is cargo shipping service which has been in operation for the past few years. This was explained by Pengiran Haji Ibrahim bin Pengiran Bakar, the Head of Operation 1, Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad in an interview with RTB.

According to Pengiran Haji Ibrahim, the company has offered shipping solutions based in Madinah and Makkah for the pilgrims. Such service allows the pilgrims to ship items to the home country. The service also includes the provision of two types of boxes, costing 12 and 15 riyals respectively. Aside from that the door-to-door delivery service to Brunei Darussalam is charged at 16 riyals per kilogramme as well as arrival belt fee of 20 riyals.
