To raise awareness amongst the community, in particular the youths, on HIV/AIDS, the Brunei Darussalam AIDS Council, this morning organised a HIV Awareness Briefing for Years 9 and 10 students of Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri.

Among those who delivered the briefing was Yang Berhormat Awang Iswandy bin Ahmad, member of the Legislative Council, as the President of the Brunei Darussalam Aids Council. The briefing aimed to provide in depth knowledge on healthy lifestyles by learning several terminologies on HIV/AIDS aside from helping the youths to further enhance their quality of life and progress in line with the nation's development. Some 300 students attended the briefing.
