Hotels are avoiding having a ‘room 420’ – and if you were around Hyde Park on April 20, you can probably guess why.
In case you missed it, 420 is the universal code for smoking weed. So if you’re looking for a flat and it says it’s ‘420 friendly’, you’re alright to get high at home everyday.
For fairly obvious reasons, hotels are trying their best not to have a room numbered 420 – in case some enthusiastic cannabis smokers decide to hot box the place.
Others have been stencilling the number onto their doors to avoid the sign getting repeatedly stolen for the lolz.
Let’s hope its residents are good at basic maths.
Apparently people kept stealing the original sign. We wonder why?
