​Touching on Hari Raya which the country celebrates in peace and happiness, His Majesty Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam hopes such joy and harmony will continue with all the people being able to share the happiness and security. However, His Majesty reminds that everyone should maintain their health in top condition because the country can continue to progress and strengthen when the people are in good health. Highlighting spending habits, the Monarch emphasises the importance of prudence and not being wasteful.
