A foreign national was arrested yesterday on suspicion of running 4 Digits Lottery via SMS and WhatsApp's at Batu Satu, Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha area.

The Criminal Investigation of the Royal Brunei Police Force acted following information on the gambling activity. During the arrest the police also confiscated equipment and cash used in the gambling activity.  The case is being investigated under Section 4- Offences involving running a lottery, Open Gambling House Act, Chapter 28.
